QUESTION: What do I need the hopper for?

ANSWER: The hopper is a separate piece that fits into the bowl cover that allows you to store up to 10 lbs of chocolate above the bowl. If you don’t have the hopper, you can’t get the full 10 lbs in at one time. So, the hopper allows you to work at full capacity and not have to watch the machine to add more chocolate when needed (it will do the work for you!). Buy the hopper at the same time as your machine and save $50.00!
