Please note that the ACMC table top chocolate temperer is NOT a fully automatic tempering machine. It is best suited for individuals that are experienced at tempering chocolate by hand, otherwise there will be a learning curve as you learn how to temper chocolate whilst using the machine. If you are new to chocolate tempering, or you will be training employees to use the machine, you may want to consider a fully automatic machine.
