Includes Lid, Cover and Hopper which can be used to feed large blocks of chocolate into the machine automatically (perfect for overnight mode!). For use with the Revolation X3210 and Revolation Delta commercial chocolate tempering machines only.

Features

  • Made of high impact thermoformed acrylic
  • Easily disassembles for cleaning
  • The Dust Cover and Lid is placed of the bowl to speed up the melting process or to protect chocolate in the Overnight Mode
  • The Hopper fits in the cover in the back of the bowl and can be loaded with up to 10 lbs. of chunk chocolate.
